Shipping Method: Shipments traveling within the continental United States will be shipped via FedEx/UPS/USPS.

Shipping Internationally: We currently do not offer delivery outside of the United States.

Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty, during the warranty period, under normal conditions of use, we will provide free repair or replacement services for product failures resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Claim Process

Diagnosis and Confirmation: Our technical support team may request further testing or information to determine if the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.

Resolution Method: Once the warranty claim is approved, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or, depending on the circumstances, provide a product of equivalent value. Round-trip shipping costs will be covered by us for valid warranty claims.

Non-Warranty Resolution: If the issue is determined to be outside the scope of warranty coverage, we will offer a paid repair or replacement option.
