Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Shipping Time: Delivery usually takes 4-8 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping times may vary based on the customer’s location and carrier service.
Holiday Delays: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, major sales events), shipping delays may occur due to high carrier volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Tracking Information: You can get tracking information within 24 to 48 hours after your package has been dispatched. If you cannot access your tracking information, please check again after 48 hours.
Shipping Damage: Please inspect the external packaging upon delivery. If any obvious shipping damage is discovered, immediately take photos and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim, while also promptly notifying our customer service team for assistance. Feedback is only valid within 48 hours after delivery.
Shipping Method: Shipments traveling within the continental United States will be shipped via FedEx/UPS/USPS.
Shipping Internationally: We currently do not offer delivery outside of the United States.
Return
Return Period: For MOCA brand products, we have a 30-day return period, meaning you can return the product within 30 days of receipt.
Return Requirements: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and not resaleable. If the product has been used or installed, your refund request may be denied.
Refund Method: Refund will be made to the original payment account.
Return Shipping Costs: Products with no quality or compatibility issues are the buyer's responsibility; Products with quality issues, incorrect shipments, or inaccurate compatibility descriptions are the seller's responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been installed or used and are not resaleable.
Warranty
The warranty period commences from the date of purchase, with its specific duration varying by product category (refer to product packaging or the instruction manual for details). We offer a one-year warranty, during the warranty period, under normal conditions of use, we will provide free repair or replacement services for product failures resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.
Warranty Claim Process
Contact Customer Service: Provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice), photos/videos of the product, and a description of the malfunction.
Diagnosis and Confirmation: Our technical support team may request further testing or information to determine if the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.
Resolution Method: Once the warranty claim is approved, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or, depending on the circumstances, provide a product of equivalent value. Round-trip shipping costs will be covered by us for valid warranty claims.
Non-Warranty Resolution: If the issue is determined to be outside the scope of warranty coverage, we will offer a paid repair or replacement option.
